Facilitated by Mr. Quentin McCoy, Head of Contracting Activity for the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO), the discussion will span topics ranging from Generative AI, to development of rapid AI procurement contract vehicles.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Congressman Don Beyer is serving his fifth term as the U.S. Representative from Virginia’s 8th District, representing Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and parts of Fairfax County. He serves on Congress' Joint Economic Committee and the House Committee on Ways and Means.
Congressman Beyer is currently a part-time student at George Mason University pursuing a graduate degree in computer science with emphasis on machine learning.
Quentin McCoy serves as the Head of Contracting Activity for the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer. A 2023 GOVEXEC FED 100 Awardee, Mr. McCoy also served at Head of Contracting Activity for U.S. Cyber Command and Deputy Division Chief (Contracting) for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Mr. McCoy earned his M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
