The NCMA Fellow designation recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of contracting and to NCMA. It is the second-highest award given by the Association. The Fellow designation is awarded to NCMA members in good standing who earn sufficient points for accomplishments under the following evaluation factors:

Academic and Professional Training
Work Experience in Contract Management
NCMA Service - Chapter Level
NCMA Service - National Level
Publications
NCMA National or Chapter Level Speaking
Volunteerism - Non-NCMA Events
Academic Support/Teaching in Contract Management
National Awards and Recognition
Commitment to Contract Management and the NCMA Community
