NCMA DC is honored to welcome Lieutenant General David G. Bassett (U.S. Army) as the speaker for our virtual meeting on Wednesday, March 17. Lt. Gen. Bassett is the Director of the Defense Management Agency (DCMA). As the director, he leads a DOD agency consisting of more than 12,000 civilians and military personnel who manage more than 300,000 contracts, performed at 15,000 locations worldwide, with a total value in excess of $7 trillion.
Bassett assumed leadership of DCMA on June 4, 2020. He came to DCMA after serving as Program Executive Officer for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) since January 2018, where he was responsible for the development, acquisition, fielding and support of the Army’s tactical network. He is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and a distinguished graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
The meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM. Although the event is free, registration is required to get the login information and receive CPE. The evening will start at 5:30pm with networking and the program will start at 6:00pm. We hope you will be able to join us for this exciting event!
