NCMADC@ncmadc.org will email registrants the Meeting ID link to join the video meeting, or dial in number if your browser doesn’t support video meetings, a few days before the event date. Google Meet allows up to 250 participants. You must be registered to receive the Meeting ID or dial in number.
Note: A chime sounds when the first 5 people join the meeting. There’s no chime when additional people join, but you’ll see a notification in the meeting. The new participants are automatically muted.
Tips
For privacy reasons, you cannot unmute another person. Ask the participant to unmute their audio.
To mute or unmute yourself, at the bottom of the video window click Mute .
Phone participants can press *6 to unmute their phone.
Any participant can be muted, including people who dial-in using a phone.

If someone else mutes you, you can only unmute using *6 (this is different than the mute icon on the screen).

Meet has limited support in Microsoft Internet Explorer® 11, and Microsoft Edge provides a better Meet experience. If you want to use Internet Explorer for Meet, you need to download and install the latest version of the Google Video Support plugin.
