Contingency Contracting and Tactical Procurement

  • Amazon HQ2 1770 Crystal Drive Arlington, VA 22202 USA (map)

NCMA DC invites you to join us on Wednesday, November 19 at Amazon HQ2 for an intriguing panel on contingency contracting and tactical procurement. Jacob Acosta of Amazon Business and Kateryna Bondar of the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) will explore how contracting officers, industry partners, and government end users can come together in a crisis scenario to support the mission and America’s national interests.

Panelists will draw on relevant cases from Ukraine and the current tactical procurement capabilities of industry partners to paint a picture of best practices and opportunities for improving national readiness for contingencies and emergencies. We are excited for an evening of fascinating discussion on these “what ifs….”

We hope to see you at Amazon’s HQ2 meeting space to enjoy the panel, as well as networking, spectacular views of the Potomac, and a delicious casual dinner.
