MEET OUR PANELISTS:

Jeremy D. Burkhart is a Partner in Holland & Knight’s government contracts practice where he focuses on litigation, counseling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), federal leasing and negotiating with the federal government. Jeremy leverages significant experience in all aspects of government contracting, his 12 years of military experience, and a vast network to solve his clients' problems. He provides counsel and representation on all government contract matters, including claims, subcontracts and teaming agreements, SBA compliance requirements and size and status protests, and suspension and debarment.


Gregory R. Hallmark is a Partner and experience litigation attorney in Holland & Knight’s government contracts practice. He is well versed in prosecuting and defending bid protests, as well as small-business protests and appeals. Gregory assists clients with requests for equitable adjustment (REAs) and contract claims, and litigates contract disputes. Other areas of practice include FAR compliance, False Claims Act (FCA) matters, subcontracts and teaming arrangements, commercial item issues, cost and pricing compliance, organizational conflicts of interest, terminations, responding to adverse performance assessments, and small business regulations.


Angela M. Jimenez is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's litigation and dispute resolution practice where she focuses her practice on government investigations and enforcement, compliance, white collar defense and civil litigation. She has experience representing individuals and corporations against criminal or civil actions brought on by the DOJ and qui tam relator actions brought under the civil False Claims Act (FCA). She has represented clients in investigative, regulatory and trial matters, including DOJ and Inspector General investigations, procurement fraud investigations, and internal investigations.
